WALL BRACKET

“The clips steel component is isolated , limiting cold transfer from finished exterior cladding to the building's interior. This greatly improves R-value and the effiiency of the building.”

KOA CLIP FEATURES

  • Sizes from 2”-6.5” (8” coming soon)

  • Universal, being suitable for attachment to any substrate

  • Versatile, by supporting any type of cladding / architectural product

  • Allows for Vertical or Horizontal Girt attachment and any kind of rail system

  • Energy efficient

  • Built in leg helps in retaining insulation by holding it in place and tight to wall

  • Meets requirements of ASHRAE 90.1-2006

  • Successfully has passed fire testing criteria for NFPA 285 and proudly holds listing with Intertek

  • Designed with option to add a second thermal separator, increasing R-value

STRONG, EFFICIENT, EFFECTIVE

The KOA Clip system can be installed on both steel stud and concrete wall substrates. It features a durable steel Z-profile component paired with a high-impact polypropylene spacer pad, which is strategically positioned according to structural requirements to support the weight of the architectural cladding system. Designed for flexibility, the KOA Clip accommodates both horizontal and vertical sub-girts, making it suitable for virtually any cladding type or finish.

THERMAL

The system’s thermal efficiency is supported by comprehensive thermal modeling, confirming compliance with the performance standards outlined in ASHRAE 90.1-2016.

The KOA Clip features an integrated thermal separation pad that effectively minimizes thermal bridging and reduces heat loss through the building envelope. For enhanced performance, an optional second thermal spacer can be snapped onto the opposite side of the Z-standoff, providing full steel isolation and further limiting cold transfer.

The KOA Clip is offered in a range of sizes, with varying depths to accommodate different insulation thicknesses within rainscreen wall systems. The system has been certified by Intertek for compliance with the fire performance requirements of NFPA 285-23.

“Engineered for strength, KOA Clip allows for wider spacing—reducing the number of clips needed—while maintaining structural integrity.”

“KOA Clip is quick to install, meets building code requirements, supports all cladding types, and offers a cost-effective solution for thermally broken attachment systems.”
