KOA CLIP
KOA Clip increases thermal performance by significantly reducing thermal bridging.
KOA CLIP
THERMAL
WALL BRACKET
“The clips steel component is isolated , limiting cold transfer from finished exterior cladding to the building's interior. This greatly improves R-value and the effiiency of the building.”
KOA CLIP FEATURES
STRONG
The KOA Clip system can be installed on both steel stud and concrete wall substrates. It features a durable steel Z-profile component paired with a high-impact polypropylene spacer pad, which is strategically positioned according to structural requirements to support the weight of the architectural cladding system. Designed for flexibility, the KOA Clip accommodates both horizontal and vertical sub-girts, making it suitable for virtually any cladding type or finish.

The KOA Clip is offered in a range of sizes, with varying depths to accommodate different insulation thicknesses within rainscreen wall systems. The system has been certified by Intertek for compliance with the fire performance requirements of NFPA 285-23.
“Engineered for strength, KOA Clip allows for wider spacing—reducing the number of clips needed—while maintaining structural integrity.”
The KOA Clip features an integrated thermal separation pad that effectively minimizes thermal bridging and reduces heat loss through the building envelope. For enhanced performance, an optional second thermal spacer can be snapped onto the opposite side of the Z-standoff, providing full steel isolation and further limiting cold transfer. The system’s thermal efficiency is supported by comprehensive thermal modeling, confirming compliance with the performance standards outlined in ASHRAE 90.1-2016.
